Twin Filets
This featured dish was too tasty and left everyone who ordered it wanting more. Chef Loukinen created this delicious dish of twin filets atop boulangerie potatoes, and sauteed Russian Kale & golded chestnut mushrooms that were bought from the local farmers market. Along with this great creation, our chef paired it with cream of crap soup that was perfection. Add a glass of nice red wine and this becomes the perfect dish. Crisp Coconut Shrimp Tacos
Seafood tacos are a favorite at Loukinens’ on 4th. Our second feature of the day dish we are highlighting was this crisp coconut shrimp tacos. These delicious tacos included a nice calypso sauce and mouth-watering pineapple salsa creating the perfect taste for your palate. Along with our coconut shrimp tacos, we featured a body-warming New England clam chowder. Carolina BBQ Pulled Pork
For a nice sandwich, we loved our Caroline BBQ pulled pork. This feature included yummy pulled pork topped with cheddar and shiner bock onion rings in between a jalapeño corn biscuit. Add a side of fries and a nice beer and you have the perfect meal! We also featured a nice BLT soup with our Caroline BBQ pulled pork that added the finishing touches to this great feature of the day meal! Mixed Seafood Pasta
Don’t think we forgot about our pasta lovers! The last feature of the day we are highlighting is a delicious mixed seafood pasta. This dish consists of grilled truffle pesto sea bass accompanied with a white balsamic and cheese over calamari arugula salad completed with a blend of seafood. Is your mouth watering yet?
