Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and with this guide, there should not be any excuse about skipping a healthy breakfast, even if you are on the go. With these healthy breakfast options that are meant to jumpstart your day, you can enjoy the nutrients and energy you need in the morning regardless of if you do not have much time.

A combination of chia seed milk and maple syrup is healthy and delicious, when you add variations like honey, pistachio and orange bring this simple breakfast over the top. Recipe here.
